Don't know if this is a bug or not, but if my pristine iron boots, giving +14 armor (and requiring 4 str) are common, why would the tattered silk boots I just got, giving only +7 armor (no req) be uncommon? No big deal, except that if I got an item for a silver prize that was worse than a common I already had, I'd be quite disappointed.
