I feel like its getting closer.

I kinda think that URs are becoming more and more available because we'll be seeing another expansion soon.

Inquiring minds should remember the posts about this once players started to reach level 10, and that when we were ready to open the game beyond 10, we would do it. You all know we don't give ETAs.
