new SPC already expired

This morning I cash in all prizes after my morning battles. This afternoon I find a couple silvers waiting for me, and claim all but one, which returns this error:

"Error: We are sorry, but the prize code you entered has already expired and is no longer available!"

I know it can't be expired already since my prize bank was empty just a couple hours ago. This must be new.

Above my menu bar I still see the bolded message "You have 1 unclaimed prizes!".

Send me a PM with the prize code and I will check when it was awarded to you .. if it is indeed expiring too early, I will fix the bug and increase the expiration time on it. However, I will ONLY do that if it turns out it was earned when you say it was.

I have no way of knowing when it was earned. To be clear about this situation, I had no prizes after my morning cash-in, then a couple of silvers including this one in the afternoon. If for some reason it is truly expired, then there is a different bug in that this prize was invisible until this afternoon. Besides, if it was expired, would it really still be in my box? (I never let one go that long, but just assumed they'd disappear once expired).

I wasn't saying you were lying about it .. I just wanted to make sure that you (and everyone else) understood that I was only agreeing to fix it IF I found out it was a bug. The only concern I had was that you were mistaken about when you earned it .. it never entered my mind you were intentionally trying to get around an expired prize code.

LOL Z cracks me up :) Zeras tends to be ... overly blunt about things, so always try not to fall into the trap of reading into stuff...

If Z thought you were lying, the reply would read something like "Since it's possible you are lying to us..." :P

What makes that even funnier, is even had that been the case, she still wouldn't have meant it in a mean way :)
