Errr, i dunno if i should post this in my previous thread, but since the thread title was about secondary attack and here is nothing to do with secondary attack. Anyway if you want to merged it to a new fighting bugs thread, it's fine too.

He only has one item equipped. He is farming some lower ranked players. I can use 1 weapon and beat everyone up til about the top 125th ranked player. All it takes to start is one AWESOME weapons with a good mastery.

Yeah I realize what he's doing, but the bug is that he shouldn't get ten attacks (shown by the empty slots) after a 2-delay item. Right? Seems like a bug.

He only has one of 10 slots filled. He could attack twice in a row or have that message 20 times depending on his luck of having that slot picked.

But why didn't angcitkong get to attack sometime in that long run of attempted attacks by S?

That is also my question, but since it is considered as no bug, i would ask whether it will benefit the slow delay weapon user while i'm actually supposed to have two times turn? Also giving another advantages for stripping down of equipment? I'm looking for explanation of this situation.

Just a string of bad luck on the attack roll .. it is possible though hihgly unlikely for the same player to attack 30 times in a row.

-Zhm... so when you both try to attack at the same time and one player wins the initiative... the other player doesn't get to attack at all(or rather, they try to attack again the turn immediately thereafter)? i guess i always assumed that even if you lost initiative you would attack the next turn, but i guess i never considered that in the case of your opponent having empty slots, so would he...:(

Every turn (round), the first thing that is decided is which player is going to attack this turn. If only one player can attack, then that person wins the attack roll by default. If both players can attack, an attack roll is made to see which player will attack this turn.

The logic behind this is that real battles would not be a you-hit/me-hit/you-hit/me-hit cycle.

it makes sense now that i think about the fact that an empty slot has no delay... i read in the FAQ that some items have an attack modifier that would give you a better chance of attacking first after using it, but i haven't seen any of these weapons... have they been removed, or am i just not looking in the right places? :p

Hmm in another thread someone is claiming that empty slots has a delay of one turn... which is correct?

Thanks for your explanation Zeras, I appreciate it. Now the whole things make sense to me.

Yes hippo, it is considered as one turn, i guess.

In my case, when the time comes whether I go or Suxbnu go, the "dice" rolls and Suxbnu won but since he got no weapon it means that no one is decided initiate the attack next turn and the "dice" rolls again. "Fortunately (if not unfortunately)" after 8 rolls I finally won my turn. If only Suxbnu got his weapon at that time, he maybe attack twice in a row(?) and then next is my turn.

Is that right? Thanks for that Z. *thumbs up*

PS : Yeah, I like the idea about real battle is not you-hit;me-hit;you-hit;me-hit. Of course it's not, hahaha.:D

Hmm in another thread someone is claiming that empty slots has a delay of one turn... which is correct?as that "someone" i would urge you to read a little more closely... the effective delay, ie; time that the action takes up, is more than what is listed on the card... look at it this way... think of the printed "delay" as a cool-down period... all attacks take one turn, but have varying cool-downs... an empty slot has no cool-down, but it still takes time (one turn) to perform...
