Both are same named, I believe the other one is for pet.

They look to me like the same thing just different numbers.
Why not try them both out in battle. See if they dubuff something different.

I think one debuffs pet, the other magic, perhaps.

yeah it got posted as fixed a few threads back, although this might be a slightly different one, I don't really know
