Right now there is a Mind Spell in the Elemental Spell shop.

There is very little that the healing shop can change. There are only 10 spells that aren't UR and 8 items in the shop at a time. There aren't many permutations that don't involve a UR item. I don't think there should be a UR Healing Spell in the shop at all times.

There was a period where the top items for some weapons weren't changing much if at all but it seems to have passed.
