[fixed] another bug!

On my skill points chart, it shows I'm allowed to have 640 points. They show maxed out at 640. But count up my skill points and therre are only 625! I've been cheated 15 points! HELP!

OF course it is... If I am right... your problem is :

You know the cap of your skill point in total is 640. You have both assigned and available 640. This is strange. You have 625 assigned skill points so that now you should have 15 available skill points, of course you are not allowed to buy more skill points than your cap allow you to.

If this is not the case, do you have 15 EP needed to buy the skill points?

Yes I do! The game is flawed, I have double checked everything. Only 625 used points and the game shows 640 used and caped. The game will not let me buy anymore.
