Every tale of fantasy or epic begins with a full green meadow or rolling hills. Some will describe a charred battleground or a particular inn where a bard sings a song or spins a tale. In this bar, we hear of our protagonist for the first time, either through a friend of his or in the words of a prophecy. This tale however starts not in a bar or in the hills, instead, it opens with the lush song of creation.
For years then months followed by days and hours from seconds and so on, the song rolls in our lives. As an elven practitioner of the necromantic arts, I have come to admire this song, for by simply imitating the life it has breathed into all of our bodies, I am able to sap said life away, or mimic it within a corpse. Greetings to all, I stand before you, new and inexperienced within the Dark Song but wishing to learn more. My name is Aaron'Reaver and I humbly ask that we understand, I may challenge the occasional passerby, but only to test my mettle. I am not interested in rivalries and pains, simply in discovering how far my abilities will take me.
My quest as it is here, and the favour I ask, is for sages and bards to lend me their knowledge on the Song of Creation, that I may better work Song Shaping, also known in more vulgar terms as magic.
If you wish for us to meet, I will be residing at a simple cottage outside of town where I pursue my work in private. We may see each other on the road as well, at which time we may exchange blows and information, as well as some laughs.

I thank you all in advance, as a token of my appreciation, for every story told of the Song of Shaping, I will reveal whatever secrets I have discovered that relate to your story.

spider silk spin
tides turn
auburn tresses start to burn
earth tremors
heart quickens
so the mists start to thicken
winds wail
thunder roll
Amaryllis becomes a troll!

"Be not so frivolous, Amaryllis!" admonished Athonese. "Localgod is pure of intent and deserves not thy mockery. Be more gentle in your speech, good friend."

I have strolled several times around the edges of this town but cannot distinguish the cottage of Aaarin'Reaver from the others and do not wish to draw unseemly attention to myself by knocking upon strange doors or accosting the neighbours.

Armand also sought the whereabouts of Aaron'Reaver as there was much to be learned in order to be an effective Coercer. People were curiously closemouthed on the topic of the Song Shaper, except when drink loosened their tongues, and even then some innate caution still ruled.
