The bug that caused some bids to not go through near the end of an auction should work now. As always though, the "Buy Item" feature is not usable at the end of auctions.

Also fixed a bug that was allowing players to use the "Buy Item" until the auction was nearly over. That was a test setting that never was reverted back after testing. The "Buy Item" option now is no longer usable between 1-2 hours of the original auction end time.
